This listing is for a great super sleek and elegant mid century brass ashtray by Nambe. The form of this piece is a superb example of the design sensibilities of Eames era. Streamlined, curvilinear and simple it is quite beautiful. It could be used just for its original purpose, for decor or utilized as a catch-all spot on your entry table or in your office. <br><br>This piece likely was cast, it is substantial and heavy for a fairly small piece. It is numbered (773). The ashtray measures 2 1/8 x 5 5/8 x 3 3/4". It is in good, but not perfect condition.
