Please see photos for details.Milton Rockwell Bellin (1913-1997) was a New Haven, Connecticut artist, educated at Yale School of Fine Arts. He assisted James Daugherty and painted murals for the WPA Federal Arts Project. Bellin's works are held in collections including Central Connecticut State University. He later served as Principal of the High School of Art and Design in New York City.
